Shipping policy

Lulu Loves Collective partners with Australia Post to deliver orders across most areas of Australia. Delivery times typically range from 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that some payment methods are not instant. Payments made via PayPal may take 1–3 business days to clear, which can delay order processing.

Upon delivery, please inspect your items to ensure they are complete and in good condition. A delivery is considered fulfilled once an attempt has been made by Australia Post.

Lulu Loves Collective is not liable for delays if no one is available to receive your parcel at the nominated address. To avoid issues, please ensure someone is available during normal business hours to accept delivery.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs to have the order sent to the correct address.
